Use these five quick steps to register on our online platform and get the most out of it.
Step 1: Register Online
If you are already a Greene King or Belhaven customer but don’t have an account, simply visit the link below. From there sign up and you will receive an email with a sign-in link. Your account number is your nine-digit customer account number.

If you have already signed up for an online account but can’t remember your details, please use our forgotten password link below. Your username will be your 9-digit customer number.

Step 2: Log in
After you have received your email, log into our online platform with your username and password to complete registration. Should you have any issues please contact customersales-1@greeneking.co.uk who are able to support with any queries.
Step 3: Build your basket.
Users can access the entire range of products available from Greene King and Belhaven as well as being able to access all current promotional offers. Simply find what you are looking for and add it to your order.
Alternatively, within the “My Account” menu option you can build order pads of your favourite products. This allows you to quickly reorder your favourite products saving you time.
Step 4: Check Out
After you have found all the products you are looking for, select checkout from the basket page. Next simply select the delivery date you require found at the bottom of the page. Once you have completed your order you will receive an email confirmation listing the details of your order. You can also find your order history within the “My Account” section.
